Continental Airlines, Inc. is committed to ensuring adherence to the principles set forth in IATA Resolution 850m ("Issue and Processing of Agency Debit Memos [ADMs]") effective 1 January 2006, and attachments, including, but not limited to:
- Timely dispute resolution, including reversal of administrative fees for incorrectly issued memos
- Timely processing of initial ADMs via BSP (where available)
Due to differences between markets, Agencies are invited to contact their in-country Continental sales representative for specific policies, including administrative fee application, and types of transactions audited.
