* Miles currently have no expiration date; however Continental Airlines reserves the right to impose expiration limits or terminate the OnePass program, plus terminating your ability to claim rewards. If you do not have activity in your OnePass account for a period of 18 months, Continental Airlines may close your account.
How to Enroll
- Online.
- Complete a OnePass application form available at all ticket desks, check-in desks and Presidents Clubs.
- Ask the Concierge to enroll you, if you are a BusinessFirst passenger.
- Call the OnePass Service Center in Hong Kong on (852) 3198 5577 (ask for OnePass).
Earning Miles
To earn miles, members simply provide their account number when making reservations or checking-in for a flight. All OnePass miles, including bonuses, are automatically credited after each flight. Whether flying on Continental or an airline partner, OnePass members may earn various bonus miles, including:
- 5,000 activation bonus miles
- Minimum miles - OnePass members automatically earn the actual miles flown or a minimum of 500 miles per flight segment
- Fare class bonus - In addition to earned flight miles, OnePass members receive a 50% mileage bonus for travel on BusinessFirst fares**
- OnePass Elite members earn 50% (Silver Elite), 100% (Gold Elite), or 125% (Platinum Elite) mileage bonuses in addition to actual earned miles for every flight.

Using Miles
Redeeming your miles has never been easier. In addition to calling the OnePass Service Center, you may now redeem your OnePass miles online.
