As a result of the merger of United and Continental, MileagePlus will be the loyalty program for the combined airline beginning late in the first quarter of 2012. Agreement Between User And Continental Airlines This Web site is offered to the user conditioned on acceptance by the user ("User") without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. You should be aware that SaverPass Reward travel and upgrade rewards are subject to capacity controls determined and adjusted at Continental's sole discretion and there may not be SaverPass Reward or upgrade reward seats available on all flights. It will be more difficult to reserve a SaverPass Reward and upgrade reward seat at peak times of the year and/or to popular destinations. The actual number of reward seats can vary from flight to flight, or over time on a particular flight. If seats in the special fare class designated for SaverPass Reward seats are not available, you may request an alternate flight or date. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is unique to your account and is designed to protect your account from unauthorized use. Continental Airlines will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or otherwise disclosed PINs, nor shall it re-credit any mileage withdrawn from your account if anyone seeking mileage redemption provides your PIN.
