Enrollment:
Member must contact their OnePass Service Center or visit their local Continental Ticket Office to pay the $99 enrollment fee and register their OnePass account by 2010 January 31. Once the enrollment fee has been processed, it cannot be refunded.

Earnings will be valid on all paid travel from 2010 Jan. 1 - 31 Dec. 31, unless member reaches the 15,000 mile maximum before that date. Based on actual flight miles posted to account and does not include fare class or elite bonuses.
