Offer valid for MasterCard® cardholders whose accounts existed prior to Dec. 8, 2008, and who are 18 years or older and reside in one of the 50 U.S. or D.C. OnePass members will receive 250 bonus miles for each of the first four tickets they purchase on continental.com during the period of Dec. 8 - Dec. 31, 2008. A maximum of 1,000 bonus miles will be deposited. Valid only on Continental Airlines fares. Bonus miles will be credited to first OnePass account number listed in the customer's reservation, 4 - 6 weeks after the conclusion of the promotion.
