To request mileage credit for flights operated by Continental Airlines; Continental Express*; Continental Micronesia and Continental Connection flown in the last six months, provide the required information below and select Continue.

To request mileage credit for flight activity up to six months prior to enrollment in the OnePass program, contact the OnePass Service Center. A $25 USD fee may apply.
