Presidents Club members, Star Alliance Gold Elite members and other eligible customers are invited to visit our Clubrooms and many affiliated Star Alliance network lounges.

- Presidents Club Members

Presidents Club members and two guests or family members (spouse and children under the age of 21) may visit any Presidents Clubs, United Red Carpet Clubs* and US Airways Clubs. Members may also access select Star Alliance member-operated lounges when departing on a Star Alliance member airline.
Just present your Presidents Club membership card and a current photo ID for entry to any Clubroom. For Star Alliance lounge entry, you must present your membership card and a Star Alliance member airline international boarding pass for a same-day departure. Presidents Club members, Red Carpet Club members and US Airways Club members may access any of the three carrier’s lounges with a valid membership card and a current photo ID.
* Members are limited to one guest at United Red Carpet Clubs located outside the U.S.
- BusinessFirst Customers

Customers traveling in BusinessFirst are invited to visit our Presidents Clubs before departure. Customers may bring two guests or family members (spouse and children under 21). BusinessFirst customers may also access any designated Star Alliance Gold lounge before departure. For entry, present your same-day BusinessFirst boarding pass.
Where available, BusinessFirst customers also have access to arrivals shower facilities.
- Star Alliance Gold Elite Members

Eligible Star Alliance Gold Elite members (OnePass Platinum and Gold members) are invited to visit designated Star Alliance Gold lounges.
When traveling internationally on a Star Alliance member airline flight, Continental, United and US Airways Star Alliance Gold Elite members may access any Presidents Club, Red Carpet Club and US Airways Club on the day of departure. All other Star Alliance Gold lounges may be accessed by Continental Star Alliance Gold Elite members when traveling domestically or internationally on a Star Alliance member airline flight.
You are invited to bring one guest to any Star Alliance Gold member lounge. Present your valid OnePass Gold or Platinum Elite card or any Star Alliance airline frequent flyer card with the Star Alliance Gold logo for entry. You must also present a Star Alliance member airline boarding pass for an international or domestic same-day departure depending upon the situation.
- International First Class Customers

Customers traveling internationally in First Class in a Star Alliance member aircraft with more than two cabins are invited to bring one guest to any Presidents Club or designated Star Alliance Gold lounge before your departure. Present your boarding pass for same-day international travel on a Star Alliance member airline flight for admittance.
- International Business Class Customers

Customers traveling in International Business Class are invited to visit our Presidents Clubs and any designated Star Alliance Gold lounge before departure. For entry, present your same-day International Business Class boarding pass.
