Transcontinental Service
In addition to the above amenities and services, First class customers traveling on transcontinental flights will receive additional amenities:
- Printed menus showcasing meal choices designed by our world renowned Congress of Chefs.
- Four course meal that includes appetizer, salad, choice of three entrées and ice cream sundaes with a choice of toppings.
- Freshly baked cookies on select flights
*Transcontinental markets include flights to/from Newark Liberty (EWR) and San Francisco (SFO), Los Angeles (LAX), San Diego (SAN), Portland (PDX) and Seattle (SEA)
U.S. Mainland-Hawaii Service
- Electronic recline, back lumbar support/footrest and an adjustable winged headrest with branded headrest covers on B767 aircraft
- BusinessFirst adjustable headset to maximize audio and video entertainment options
- Printed menus showcasing meal choices designed by our world renowned Congress of Chefs.
- Four course meal that includes appetizer, salad (with choice of dressing), choice of three entrées and ice cream sundaes with a choice of toppings.

Onboard Entertainment
A variety of in-flight entertainment options are available across the Continental fleet:
Complimentary access to live television programming with more than 100 channels of DIRECTV® and 9 channels of premium movies, sitcoms, dramas and more on select aircraft. Customers will have individual television monitors to choose their entertainment options at their leisure. See the latest updates on Continental’s DIRECTV® installation progress.
B777-200 and B757-200 aircraft: Audio Video on Demand is available on all aircraft with a wide-selection of movies, television shows, games, music and Berlitz Word Traveller program.
B767 aircraft: Personal seatback television monitor with 16 video channels, 20 channels of audio entertainment and 10 video games.
Most B737 aircraft: Overhead video programming consisting of movies, television shows and other programming including Continental Vision (magazine style television programming) and 12 channels of audio entertainment.
In-Seat Power Ports (no adapter required) available on B777-200, B757-200, B737-900ER and select B737-700/800/900 aircraft. B767 aircraft requires an adapter. There is one unit per seat which is located between each power-enabled seat just below the seat cushion. Aircraft that will receive DIRECTV® will also receive in-seat power.
