PayPal can be used as your payment method when you purchase tickets or Gift Certificates, enroll in Presidents Club, pay for fee collections such as Reward Travel, mileage purchase, reward upgrade fees, unaccompanied minor fees or Pet in Cabin. Simply select PayPal as your payment method at checkout.
How do I use PayPal to purchase travel on Continental?
