If you are redeeming a promotional offer, please enter the offer code noted in the documentation you received from Continental Airlines. The offer code may consist of a combination of numbers, letters or both.
Please note that other types of promotions (i.e., offers received directly from hotels or other organizations) may not be redeemed at continental.com.
