The airline garnered top marks in five of the 10 categories, including corporate pricing, meeting pricing, contract performance, quality of airline communication and value of sales representative visits.

Measured by responses from 534 North American corporate and agency buyers, the Business Travel News survey asked respondents to rank major domestic airlines and low cost carriers in various categories ranging from flexibility in negotiating prices and amenities to the quality of sales representatives' visits, carrier communication and overall price value.
