Cape Air

For over a decade Cape Air (www.flycapeair.com) has been providing year-round air service to some of the most beautiful destinations in the world on their fleet of Cessna 402s and ATR-42s. Cape Air commenced air service in 1989 with their first flight between Boston and Provincetown. Since then, they have expanded to many destinations in the Northeast, Southern Florida, the Caribbean and Micronesia. In 2007, Cape Air carried over 650,000 passengers, making it the largest independent regional airline in the United States.

Cape Air offers Continental Connection service in Florida from Ft. Myers to both Key West and Tampa/St. Petersburg. The flight range for these flights is 9356-9400. Cape Air also offers Continental Connection service in Micronesia between the islands of Guam and Saipan. The flight range for these flights is 9311-9319 and 9596-9606.

Cape Air's Caribbean operations offer codeshared connecting service from San Juan, PR (SJU) to the following destinations: Mayaguez, PR (MAZ); Ponce, PR (PSE); Vieques, PR (VQS); St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands (STX); St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands (STT); and Tortola, British Virgin Islands (EIS). In addition, there is connecting service from St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands (STT) to St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands (STX).

Continental OnePass members can earn and redeem rewards on all Continental Connection and codeshared flights. OnePass miles and Elite Qualification points earned on eligible Cape Air flights count toward Elite status.

Airport Lounge Benefits

Cape Air does not operate any airport lounges.

Services

Cape Air offers convenient connection service on its routes. Customers connecting with Continental will receive boarding passes and have additional carry-on luggage checked-in to their final destination at the Cape Air check-in counter. Carry-on baggage is not allowed, as there is no storage under the seat or overhead for luggage aboard the Cessna 402s. Fragile items and perishables may be stowed safely in the wing locker as you board. Excess baggage is not accepted to Tortola, British Virgin Islands (EIS).
