You may report complaints about Continental's accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters or communicate any other questions or concerns.

• Complaints relating to Continental's accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters will also be referred to members of the Audit Committee.
• All complaints and concerns will be received and processed by Continental's Chief Compliance Officer.
• You can report your concerns anonymously or confidentially.
