Continental Express begins Non-Stop Service Between Cincinnati and Houston

HOUSTON, June 30, 1998 -- Continental Express, the regional airline subsidiary of Continental Airlines, tomorrow, July 1 will begin non-stop service between Cincinnati, OH and Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

"We are happy to now serve Cincinnati from each of Continental's three hubs - Houston, Newark and Cleveland.," stated Continental Express President David Siegel.

Using the 50-passenger regional jet, ExpressJet, Continental Express will offer two daily non-stop flights from Cincinnati departing at 12:00 p.m. and 7:25 p.m. Arrivals in Houston will be at 1:45 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Flights from Houston will leave at 8:10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Arrivals in Cincinnati will be at 11:30 a.m. and 6:55 p.m. In September, a third daily non-stop will be added between Cincinnati and Houston.
