Continental Express Begins Service Between Dallas Love Field and Cleveland

DALLAS, June 1, 2000 -- Continental Express, the regional airline subsidiary of Continental Airlines (NYSE: CAL and CAL.A), today began service between Dallas Love Field and its hub at Cleveland Hopkins Airport.

This new service complements Continental Airlines’ daily departures to Cleveland from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Continental Express is operating the fast and quiet 50-passenger Embraer ERJ-145 regional jet, dubbed the ExpressJet, on this new route to Cleveland. Effective today, Continental Express offers three daily flights between Dallas Love Field and Cleveland. A fourth daily flight will be added on June 14.

Also, Continental Express will increase service between Love Field and its hub in Houston with an additional daily flight. With the expansion of this route, Continental Express will offer 12 daily flights between Love Field and Houston.
