Continental Initiates Service to New Destinations and Winter Resorts
HOUSTON, Dec. 14, 2000 -- Continental Airlines (NYSE: CAL and CAL.A) is starting new service, including flights to island destinations and ski resorts.
Beginning today, Continental is flying these routes:
New York/Newark nonstop to:- Aguadilla, Puerto Rico - daily service
- Grand Cayman Island - four flights per week
- Aruba - four flights per week, increasing to daily service in February
- Eagle/Vail, Colorado - seasonal service, Saturday only
- Hayden/Steamboat, Colorado - seasonal service, Saturday only
- Montrose/Telluride, Colorado - seasonal service, Saturday only
- Ft. Lauderdale, Florida - twice daily service
- Orlando, Florida - twice daily service
- Palm Springs, California - daily, seasonal service
- Eagle/Vail, Colorado - daily, seasonal service
- Hayden/Steamboat, Colorado - daily, seasonal service
- Montrose/Telluride, Colorado - daily, seasonal service
- Sarasota, Florida - daily, seasonal service
- Daytona Beach, Florida -seasonal service, Saturday and Sunday only
