Continental Airlines Offers Bonus Miles To Frequent Flyers Who Purchase Tickets Online
HOUSTON, December 7, 2001 -- Continental Airlines (NYSE: CAL) is giving up to 20,000 bonus OnePass miles to frequent flyer program members who purchase eTickets through its Web site, continental.com, and fly between now and Feb. 15, 2002. This special offer is open to OnePass members residing in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom.
Repeat purchasers will receive more miles with each successive purchase; a maximum of 20,000 bonus miles may be earned with this offer. Here's how it works:
- 1st eTicket = 2,000 bonus miles
- 2nd eTicket= 3,000 bonus miles (5,000 total)
- 3rd eTicket = 4,000 bonus miles (9,000 total)
- 4th eTicket = 5,000 bonus miles (14,000 total)
- 5th eTicket = 6,000 bonus miles (20,000 total)
OnePass members must register for this offer by visiting continental.com or by calling 1-800-346-6090 and providing their OnePass account number and promotion code TB0M01. This offer is valid on flights operated by Continental Airlines, Continental Express, Continental Micronesia and Continental-ticketed codeshare flights operated by Virgin Atlantic and Air France. Bonus miles do not count towards Elite status.
