We're asking for your help in supporting Continental's new route to Shanghai, China, proposed to begin March 25, 2009. Competition is strong among U.S. airlines wanting to serve China with one of four daily flights that become available in 2009. Continental has proposed daily Cleveland-New York/Newark-Shanghai flights with connecting service throughout our network.
The U.S. Department of Transportation will make its decision based on factors including community support and the amount of business the new route will generate.
