What name should I enter in my account?
The same name as on your government issued identification such as a passport or driver's license.
Why do you need my phone number?
Continental may use your telephone number to contact you in the event that the e-mail address in your profile is inaccurate.
Can I use a P.O. Box for my mailing address?
Yes, you can use a P.O. Box as your mailing address.
Do I have to use my OnePass number and PIN to access my account?
No, you may create an easy-to-remember username and password under Account Settings. By setting an optional username and password for your account, you can choose to use either your username or your OnePass number to sign in to continental.com.
Can I receive credit for trips taken before I had a OnePass account?
You may receive mileage credit for Continental-operated flights taken up to 30 days prior to your enrollment date free of charge. No mileage credit will be given for partner flights.
You may also receive mileage credit for Continental-operated flights taken between 31 days and six months prior to enrollment for a $25 USD service fee. Please contact the OnePass Service Center at the phone number below or mail a copy of all ticket receipts and the original boarding passes from your Continental flight(s) to: OnePass Service Center, P. O. Box 4365, Houston, TX 77210-4365 or call (713) 952-1630.

If the flights taken were more than 30 days prior to your enrollment, please be sure to include your OnePass account number and a telephone number along with a credit card number and expiration date. You may also pay by check or money order. Please make your check payable to Continental Airlines and include the information from one form of identification (Driver's License Number, Passport Number or Military I.D. Number.) This information should be placed on the top left hand corner of the check.
All missing mileage requests must be submitted within six months of flight date.
Where can I locate mileage information?
Your most recent mileage accumulation is listed at the top of the My Account page or on the home page when you sign into your OnePass account. To view OnePass statements and monthly mileage accumulations, choose View my OnePass Statements.
How often is mileage information updated?
Mileage on the Web site is updated in real-time and is the latest information available from your account. The information is the same as what would be seen by Continental representative.
My OnePass account mileage is missing mileage activity. What can I do?
To request mileage credit for Continental-operated flights flown in the last six months, you can request a mileage credit online. To request mileage credit for airline, car, or hotel partners and non-travel partner activity, visit the OnePass Contact Information page. Please include your name, address, OnePass account number and a daytime phone number with all correspondence.
I don't remember my OnePass Number or PIN. How can I find them?
If you don't know your OnePass number and/or PIN, go to OnePass Number and PIN Resolution and provide your primary Continental e-mail address to receive an e-mail with your OnePass number and an option to change your PIN. Please do not create a duplicate OnePass account.
I have multiple OnePass accounts. Can I combine them?
In order to combine accounts, the name and address on each account must match exactly. You may submit a signed request for the merge of accounts along with a request for your PIN in writing to: OnePass Service Center, P.O. Box 4365, Houston, TX 77210-4365.
Please include the following information: OnePass account and PIN numbers, verification of the address listed on the accounts, current address and phone numbers, signature of the account holder, copy of government-issued identification, and the account number you would like to keep.
Do I have to fly to earn OnePass miles?
