Why do I need a credit/debit card to book a Reward ticket?
All reward tickets include taxes and fees that must be collected in USD with a credit/debit card.

What is the difference between SaverPass and EasyPass rewards?
SaverPass Rewards have very limited availability and for travel within the mainland U.S., Alaska and Canada, they also require a Saturday night stay. EasyPass rewards apply to the same travel areas as SaverPass rewards, but have more generous availability on Continental, Copa Airlines, Northwest Airlines and KLM — including last-seat availability on Continental and Copa for OnePass Elite members. In addition, EasyPass rewards do not have any Saturday night stay requirements.
Any tips on finding SaverPass Reward availability?
Since SaverPass Rewards are more restricted than EasyPass Rewards and require fewer miles, they can sometimes be more difficult to find if you have specific dates and times on which you want to travel. We suggest that you use the reward availability calendar on the flight search results page to see when SaverPass Economy and First/BusinessFirst Rewards are available. Also, for travel within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada be sure that your travel dates include a Saturday night stay.
What are the BusinessFirst Markets?
BusinessFirst service is offered on flights operated by Continental and Continental Micronesia in the following markets: Europe, Middle East, Asia (to/from the U.S.), Southern South America, Hawaii (nonstops to/from Houston, Newark and Guam)
Can I combine SaverPass and EasyPass rewards when SaverPass is not available on one of my flight segments?
Yes, you can combine SaverPass and EasyPass and different cabins to meet your needs.
Can I book a one way or multiple destination Reward trip online?
No, only round trip reward travel can be booked online at this time.
Why should OnePass Elite members sign in before beginning the booking process?
OnePass Elite members may find better Reward availability.
Can I cancel my Reward ticket?
Yes, you can cancel your Reward reservation in Manage Reservations. The miles will be re-deposited into the original OnePass Account. A re-deposit fee may be changed. See Travel & Upgrade Reward Rules for details.
Can I change my Reward ticket?
Yes, Reward flight tickets may be changed for a different date and/or destination (covered by the reward mileage redeemed and within the same travel area). OnePass reward tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue. You can change your reservation in Manage Reservations.
Can I book a ticket for someone else with my OnePass miles?
Yes, you may request a OnePass reward for use by any person you designate. Complete their information on the Traveler Details page.
Can I transfer my Reward ticket to another person after it is purchased?
No, once an airline ticket is issued, the passenger name on the ticket may not be changed, and the ticket may not be used by anyone else. A name change requires that you cancel the Reward ticket and create a new reservation in the appropriate name.
