Frequently Asked Questions
Can I purchase a day-of-departure upgrade if I have already checked in?
Yes. Once you've checked in you can always go back to see if a day-of-departure upgrade is available by reviewing your travel details on continental.com or at an airport kiosk.
Can I purchase a day-of-departure upgrade at the gate or with an airport agent?
No. A day-of-departure upgrade is not available for purchase at the gate or with an airport agent at this time. This special offer upgrade can only be confirmed in advance of departure during online check-in or at an airport kiosk.

No. Day-of-departure upgrades are considered a special offer. Mileage accrual will be based on the original fare purchased.
Is the day-of-departure upgrade fee refundable?
