Every time you fly on a OnePass airline partner in accordance with Continental Airlines' fare tariffs, you earn miles that are credited to your OnePass account and can be used for reward travel. Depending on the airline partner and the fare you purchase, you may also earn Elite Qualification Miles and Elite Qualification Points that count toward Elite Status.
There are some general exceptions that do not qualify for OnePass earnings: all free travel, industry-free or industry-reduced rate tickets, charter flights and promotional certificates. See the individual partner pages for complete earning details.
To receive mileage credit with airline partners, present your OnePass number when you check in for your flight on a participating airline. Mileage credit should be reflected in your account within six weeks. For your own protection, keep your travel documents -- eTicket receipt and your original boarding passes until the mileage credit appears on your OnePass statement. It's the way to ensure you receive the credit you deserve.
All requests for missing mileage credit need to be made within six months of activity. To request credit for flights on partner airlines, print the following PDF file and follow the directions listed on the page: Mileage Credit Request Form (PDF: 16KB).
