Here's what's on the menu at thousands of restaurants coast to coast:

• Earn 3 miles per dollar spent on your total bill when you enroll online.
• Existing members simply set up an online Login ID (Username) and Password to qualify for 3 miles per dollar. Please visit onepass.rewardsnetwork.com to create your profile.
• Easy ways to "upgrade" your membership and earn up to 5 miles per dollar spent*.
• OnePass members with a Continental co-branded Credit or Debit card from Chase are automatically enrolled to earn 1 mile per dollar spent. Card members should create a Dining Login ID to qualify for triple miles (3 miles per dollar spent).
• Members may enroll by calling 800.555.5396 to earn 1 mile per dollar spent.

Here's how it works:

• Enroll by providing a credit or debit card you already have. Membership is free.
• Be sure to enter your Login ID and Password every time you visit onepass.rewardsnetwork.com for extra opportunities to earn more miles.
• Locate a participating restaurant near your home, office or travel destination. Search for a restaurant across the United States and Canada.
• Dine at any participating restaurant when miles are being offered and pay with a credit/debit card you've registered in the program.
• The miles automatically are credited to your OnePass account within 60 days of your qualified dine.
