Electronic Ticketing
Continental Airlines offers eTicket to the majority of our destinations in the 50 U.S. states and most international destinations. Once your reward is redeemed and your reservations are confirmed, a fax or e-mail receipt is sent.
Express Delivery of Rewards
Express delivery is required for OnePass reward requests within 10 days of travel and a $35 fee applies. This fee must be paid in advance by credit card. If you require a paper ticket, express delivery is required for requests within 7 days of travel. Express delivery to a post office box is not permitted.
Paper Tickets
A paper ticket is issued only for international travel ineligible for eTicketing. For travel on Continental Airlines, allow 10 days to issue and receive a paper ticket via U.S. mail. Mailing addresses outside the U.S. may require longer mailing times. If you prefer to use a paper ticket for valid eTicket itineraries, you can do so for a non-refundable fee per ticket.
Fee is based on the Elite status of the account from which the miles were withdrawn, and the status of the account at the time of the reward ticket/change/redeposit request. Delivery fees, which are not included, may apply.
