BusinessFirst Select Economy Fares Upgrades
Members who purchase fares other than Y and B can pay a service fee in addition to their miles in order to upgrade to BusinessFirst. Members will be charged the service fee when requesting the BusinessFirst upgrade. If for any reason the upgrade is not completed, the service fee will be refunded in conjunction with the redeposit of the miles used to upgrade.
Service fees cannot be applied to future travel and are subject to change without notice.

BusinessFirst service is offered on flights operated by Continental and Continental Micronesia in the following markets:
- Europe
- Middle East
- Asia (to/from the U.S.)
- Southern South America
- Hawaii (nonstops to/from Houston, Newark and Guam)

Series 0 Upgrade Copays
OnePass members traveling on Continental may upgrade in discount fares listed on the chart below with the applicable copay. If for any reason the upgrade is not completed, the service fee will be refunded in conjunction with the redeposit of the miles used to upgrade.
