5% Discount Terms and Conditions

1. The discount is available for up to one year from the date your account has been opened.
2. To take advantage of your 5% discount, visit continental.com and sign in using the OnePass account number and OnePass PIN associated with the primary credit card account. Enter "OnePass" in the Offer Code box on continental.com when searching for flights. Tickets must be purchased with a Continental Airlines MasterCard Credit or Debit Card from Chase. This discount is not valid when a Gift Account, Gift Certificate or Continental Travel Certificate is used as a form of payment.
3. Offer valid for Chase Continental Airlines MasterCard Credit and Debit Cardmembers only. Chase Continental Visa Credit cardmembers do not qualify to receive the discount.
4. This offer is valid on tickets booked and purchased exclusively at continental.com on any published fare on flights operated by either Continental Airlines, Inc., Continental Micronesia, ExpressJet Airlines, Inc. d/b/a Continental Express or Continental Connection. Not valid on itineraries that include code-share flights. Published fares are those made generally available to the public by Continental Airlines. Continental Airlines Vacations and continental.com Specials purchases do not qualify for this offer. The discount offer is valid from one year from the date in which the account was opened.
5. All rules and travel restrictions of the purchased fare apply. When applicable, refunds may be issued for the amount paid. Additional charges may apply. Not valid with other private fares or Promotional offers/tickets.
6. 5% discount will be applied prior to application of any transportation taxes or fees. Passenger is responsible for all taxes/fees/surcharges, and must be paid at time of ticketing. Discount may not be applied to previously purchased tickets.
7. Tickets must be purchased and posted to your Continental Airlines MasterCard credit card or debit card account within twelve months of your account being opened in order to qualify.
8. Continental reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotional offer without notice.

Terms and Conditions

1. MILEAGE SUMMARY: Mileage earnings and redemption are subject to the OnePass terms and conditions set forth in the OnePass Frequent Flyer section of continental.com. You will earn double (two) OnePass miles for each $1 of net purchases made directly from a Continental Airlines ticketing facility or online at continental.com. You will also earn double (two) OnePass miles for each $1 of net purchases made at participating merchants. Chase reserves the right to modify, amend or terminate the double OnePass miles program at any time. The double OnePass miles feature is not a benefit of OnePass membership, although such miles are subject to all OnePass terms and conditions. You will earn one OnePass mile for each $1 of all other net purchases. You do not earn miles on balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. There is no maximum number of OnePass miles that you can accumulate in the Continental Airlines Credit Card program. Miles will be awarded only to accounts that are open and not in default on the statement closing date. All accumulated miles will be transferred to your OnePass account. Travel is subject to governmental fees and charges, which must be paid at the time tickets are requested. Redemption of miles for travel and all other benefits of OnePass membership are solely the responsibility of Continental Airlines. All OnePass terms and conditions apply.
2. No pre-set spending limit does not mean unlimited spending. Each charge that causes your balance to exceed your revolving credit access line will be evaluated based on your account spending and payment history and your experience with other creditors. Your minimum payment calculation each month will include any amount over your revolving credit access line. Please see your Cardmember Agreement for complete details. We reserve the right to decline an authorization request for any transaction at any time for any reason. We also may request additional information from you at any time to evaluate a transaction request or your use of the Account generally.
