2. BONUS MILES: Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after your first purchase/first use of the card for bonus miles to post to your account. First purchase/first use includes purchases, balance transfers, or any checks that are used to access your account, and excludes cash advances. This one-time bonus offer is valid only for first-time Continental Airlines personal cardmembers with new accounts. Existing Continental Airlines personal cardmembers/accounts are not eligible.
3. MILEAGE SUMMARY: Mileage earnings and redemption are subject to the OnePass terms and conditions set forth in the OnePass Frequent Flyer section of continental.com. You will earn 1 OnePass mile for each $1 of net purchases. You will earn 1 additional OnePass mile for each $1 of net purchases of tickets purchased directly from Continental Airlines and at continental.com. You will earn 1 additional OnePass mile for each $1 of qualifying net purchases made at retail establishments that classify their merchant locations for MasterCard as a type of dining establishment, a gas station, or office supply store. Purchases not eligible to receive the additional OnePass mile include, but are not limited to, purchases made at superstores, warehouse clubs, discount stores, and convenience stores. Online and catalog purchases are not eligible to receive the additional OnePass mile unless the merchants have correctly identified and billed the transactions. We do not determine whether merchants correctly identify and bill transactions as being made at a type of dining establishment, a gas station, or office supply store. However, we do reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for the 1 additional OnePass mile. As a one-time bonus annually, once you exceed $25,000 in net purchases you will receive 5,000 bonus miles. You do not earn miles on balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. There is no maximum number of OnePass miles that you can accumulate in the Continental Airlines Business Credit Card program. Miles will be awarded only to accounts that are open and not in default on the statement closing date. All accumulated miles will be transferred to your OnePass account. Travel is subject to governmental fees and charges, which must be paid at the time tickets are requested. Redemption of miles for travel and all other benefits of OnePass membership are solely the responsibility of Continental Airlines. All OnePass terms and conditions apply.
4. PRESIDENTS CLUB PASS (For World MasterCard cardmembers only): You will qualify and receive your bonus after your first purchase/first use of the card. First purchase/first use includes purchases, balance transfers, or any checks that are used to access your account, and excludes cash advances. After qualifying, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Bonus awards cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or addresses outside the 50 United States and Washington D.C. This one-time bonus offer is valid only for first-time Continental Airlines Business Card cardmembers with new accounts. Existing Continental Airlines Business Card cardmembers/accounts are not eligible for this bonus offer. Valid when presented at any Continental Presidents Club location. Each pass is valid for one (1) guest for one (1) visit. Presidents Club representatives will retain this certificate. No cash value. Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. All Presidents Club Membership Guidelines apply.
5. TRAVEL CERTIFICATE (For World MasterCard cardmembers only): You will receive your anniversary bonus if you make a qualifying transaction during each year of enrollment. Qualifying transactions include purchases, balance transfers, and any checks that are used to access your account, and exclude cash advances. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from your account anniversary date each year for delivery. Bonus awards cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or addresses outside the 50 United States and Washington D.C. To qualify for this bonus offer, account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. This bonus offer is valid only for first-time Continental Airlines personal cardmembers with new accounts. Existing Continental Airlines personal cardmembers/accounts are not eligible for this bonus offer. Maximum one discount per certificate. For round-trip travel within the 48 contiguous United States or from the 48 contiguous United States to Canada, Latin America or the Caribbean. Valid with new purchases only. Prepaid and previously purchased tickets are not allowed. Taxes, fees and surcharges may apply. Maximum discount of $20 for round-trip travel to/from Houston, TX, Cleveland, OH or Newark, NJ. 6. No pre-set spending limit does not mean unlimited spending. Each charge that causes your balance to exceed your revolving credit access line will be evaluated based on your account spending and payment history and your experience with other creditors. Your minimum payment calculation each month will include any amount over your revolving credit access line. Please see your Cardmember Agreement for complete details. We reserve the right to decline an authorization request for any transaction at any time for any reason. We also may request additional information from you at any time to evaluate a transaction request or your use of the Account generally. 8. Twice the Miles at ShopOnePass Earn Twice the Miles on all ShopOnePass^TM purchases. Go tocontinental.com/shoponepass for complete list of merchants. OnePass miles are subject to the terms and conditions of the OnePass program. OnePass miles awarded on price of items sold excluding applicable taxes and shipping charges. OnePass miles will not be credited for cancelled orders or items returned to merchant. OnePass miles will not be credited when using Google Checkout. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from date product is shipped for OnePass miles to be posted to your OnePass account. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other merchant offers or promotions unless specifically permitted by merchant. ShopOnePass reserves the right to change merchants without notice.
