eTicket Refund Request

This form is not to be used to request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. You may request a refund through Manage Reservations.
This form is for eTickets only.
For refunds on paper tickets or eTickets which have been converted to paper tickets, please follow the instructions for requesting a paper ticket refund.
To complete the eTicket refund request please complete the form below and click Continue.
All refund requests are subject to audit and final approval by the Continental Airlines Refund Department. All refunds are credited to the form of payment of the original ticket.
From the date received please allow 20 business days to receive a cash refund. For credit card refunds please allow seven business days, if the refund is not posted within one billing cycle, please contact your credit card company for information.
