Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

Arriving Passengers

All Continental and Continental Express international customers will be processed through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection facility, which is located in Terminal E.

If you are departing the same day on another international flight operated by Continental or Continental Express, your checked baggage will be directly transferred to your departing flight. If you are connecting to a domestic U.S. flight, then you will be able to recheck your baggage once you've exited the inspection area.

Global Entry™ enrolled travelers may bypass the passport control queue and proceed directly to the Global Entry™ kiosks. For more information on the Global Entry™ program, go to http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/trusted_traveler/global_entry/.

Customers concluding their trip in Houston can be met at the spacious arrivals hall at Terminal E or are steps away from convenient ground transport options, including the Houston METRO service that will take you non-stop into downtown.

Customers making connections beyond Houston may claim their checked baggage, proceed through Customs and Border Protection, and recheck baggage for connecting flights.

Departing Passengers

Customers traveling to international destinations on Continental or Continental Express will be required to check in for their international flights at Terminal E where Continental is expanding its convenient electronic self-service options.

International departures from Terminal E are just steps away from the check-in lobby. For international departures that depart from Terminal C or Terminal B, the TerminaLink automated people mover quickly transfers passengers to the appropriate terminal.
