I left an item on my flight or at the airport. How do I contact Lost and Found? You can contact the Continental Airlines Baggage Resolution Center to report the lost article.
What do I do if I have damaged baggage? All damaged items should be reported in person prior to leaving the airport. This notification must take place within four hours of arrival for domestic flights or within seven days of arrival for international flights. The damaged article(s) need to be presented for inspection at the airport where Continental personnel are responsible for the final resolution of your damage claim
What do I do if I have delayed or missing baggage? Baggage that is missing or delayed should be reported in person prior to leaving the airport. This notification should take place within four hours after the arrival of the flight on which the bag was checked.
