DIRECTV

Never leave home without your favorite show.

Continental is now installing DIRECTV® satellite programming on select aircraft. Please refer to the "Fleet Status" tab below. The service is complimentary in First Class and is available at each seat in Economy Class for $6 per flight.

Now playing in a seatback monitor near you.

With more than 75 channels of live television programming and eight channels of previously recorded programming such as premium movies, sitcoms, dramas and more — you'll be able to sit back, relax and enjoy your flight.

How it works.

Just swipe any major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and Diners Club/Carte Blanche) or debit card (MasterCard and Visa), and you will be instantly taken to the Channel Guide to select your program. DIRECTV® is available as soon as you board the aircraft and will continue until the door opens at the next gate.

Coverage Area.

Coverage MapSince the programming is live from DIRECTV®, a flight may take you out of the satellite coverage area (approximately 200 miles away from the contiguous United States). If this happens, stored TV shows and premium movies will still be available at no additional charge.
