Concierge Services
Continental's concierges are selected based on their exceptional "people" skills and ability to work well with a variety of personalities, cultures and preferences. Because of their leadership, the program is almost entirely self-directed.
BusinessFirst customers are greeted by name and introduced to ticket counter staff. To speed up check-in, concierge staff will prioritize the tagging of bags and assist with any seating arrangements. They will also offer directions and assistance with airport facilities as well as invite customers to visit the Presidents Club or Business Class lounge.
At the departure gate Concierge staff is on hand to welcome you on-board, check that everything is to your satisfaction and ensure that you have all the information you need concerning onward connections. The Arrivals Concierge will personally assist you with speedy baggage retrieval, chauffeur-drive requests, where available, and connecting flight transfers. Advice will also be given with any queries regarding the Continental Airlines OnePass program.
In short, concierges ensure that each BusinessFirst customer receives personalized, VIP treatment not offered by most other airlines.
Concierge service is available on all international routes offering BusinessFirst service, including Houston, New York/Newark and Cleveland. Concierges are located at the ticket counter, departure gate, arrivals terminal and at the Continental Presidents Club or Business Class lounges to assist you before and after your flight with Continental Airlines.
