Mileage Credit Request

To request mileage credit for flights operated by Continental Airlines; Continental Express*; Continental Micronesia and Continental Connection flown in the last six months, provide the required information below and select Submit.

For missing mileage credit requests for flights on partner airlines or transactions with non-travel partners, please see OnePass Contact Information for instructions.

Travel date must be at least seven days prior and up to six months from the current date. For new OnePass members, travel date must not be more than 31 days prior to enrollment date.

To request mileage credit for flight activity on Continental Airlines, Continental Express*, Continental Micronesia, Continental Connection, Copa and Copa Colombia up to six months prior to enrollment in the OnePass program, contact the OnePass Service Center. A $25 USD fee may apply.
