Customers may redeem promotional offers online towards the purchase of airline travel.
The offer code provides information that is required in order to redeem your offer and to display flight search results that qualify for your offer, if applicable.
If you are redeeming a promotional offer, please enter the 21 digit offer code in your documentation. If you received an offer before 2005, you may not see an offer code on your documentation. The offer code consists of: two-digit year + four-digit promotion code + PIN. An example is 04EFTD123456789. The applicable year, promotion code and PIN should be listed on your offer documentation.
If you are redeeming a gift certificate or electronic travel certificate, they can be redeemed at the Complete Your Purchase page during the flight booking process.
