No, there is no service fee for using continental.com to make your hotel reservation.

Do I need a credit card to make a hotel reservation?
Yes, you will need a credit card to make a hotel reservation at continental.com. However, you will only be charged for your entire stay in advance if you select a Best Rate Guaranteed (Best Rate Icon) rate type, since these are special discounted prepaid rates.

Do you provide a receipt for the hotel reservation?
Continental.com will send a confirmation e-mail that recaps your confirmation number, hotel details, stay dates, room rate, and prepaid charges, if applicable.

Do I have to be a OnePass member to make reservations?

How do I change my hotel reservation?
Currently, hotel reservations may not be changed at continental.com; you must cancel the original reservation and rebook for the new dates. We suggest you first check availability for the new desired dates to make sure the new dates are available prior to canceling. Depending on your rate type, a cancellation fee may apply.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
To cancel your reservation, first retrieve your booking by entering the required information on our Manage Reservations page. Once your reservation is displayed, choose the cancel option. You will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation.

Depending on your rate type, a cancellation fee may apply. We recommend that you verify the specific hotel cancellation policy before completing your reservation. Any refund due from your cancellation will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase. You will also be billed for the appropriate cancellation fees.

Will I earn OnePass miles and hotel stay points on my reservation?
Whether you earn OnePass miles and/or hotel stay points will vary depending on the type of rate you purchase.
