Receive Proper Mileage Credit

To ensure that you receive proper mileage credit, provide your OnePass account number at the following times:

• When making flight, hotel or car rental reservations
• At flight, hotel or car check-in
• When using the services of a OnePass partner

As a reminder, your travel documents must reflect the same name as your OnePass account in order for you to accrue mileage.

All requests for missing mileage credit need to be made within six months of activity.

• To request credit for Continental flights, complete our Mileage Credit Request online form.
• To request credit for flights on partner airlines or transactions with non-travel partners, print the following PDF file and follow the directions listed on the page: Mileage Credit Request Form (PDF: 16KB).
• To request credit for car rental partner or hotel partner activity, send a copy of your car rental agreement or hotel folio directly to the appropriate partner. View a list of hotel and car partner addresses.
