Continental MeetingWorks can help you communicate these savings to your meeting attendees with our customized flyers. We'll provide you with a flyer template including your meeting name, date, city and discounts - along with the special Meeting Reference Number and Z Code. Include these flyers in your mailings to ensure that every attendee can take advantage of the savings.
Our professional MeetingWorks team can provide you with additional tools to promote Continental as your meeting's Official Carrier, including copywriting suggestions, airline photos, video footage and Continental logos.
Earn Travel Rewards When Your Attendees Fly
When your meeting attendees use the MeetingWorks agreement for meeting travel, your organization can earn productivity credits. These credits can be redeemed by choosing from our menu of travel rewards.
Approximately 60 days following the end of the month of your event, you'll receive a notification of your earnings. You'll also receive an order form to select the rewards most valuable to you. It's your choice.
