Paper Ticket Refunds

To effectively assist you with your request for a refund claim, you must present your unused tickets. Please take your paper tickets to your travel agency or any Continental Airlines ticketing location.

If you prefer, you can mail your unused paper ticket or other ticket requests to:

We cannot review any claims without receiving the proper documents.

Please note:

  • All refunds are subject to audit and final approval by Continental Airlines Customer Refund Services
  • Refunds are credited to the form of payment on the original ticket
  • Please allow 20 business days to receive a cash refund
  • For credit card refunds please allow 7 business days, if the refund is not posted within 1 billing cycle, please contact your credit card company for information.
