Overview

Antonio B. Won Pat Guam International Airport Authority is located at 355 Chalan Pasaheru Tamuning, Guam. The Guam International Airport is a primary regional airport serving passenger and cargo needs between Guam and the United States, Asia, Australia and various islands in the Pacific region. As America's westernmost territory, Guam is internationally known as "Where America's Day Begins" and here in the western Pacific as the "Gateway to Micronesia."

International Arrivals

Customers arriving from foreign ports must proceed directly to the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Hall located across from gate 9. Upon entering the CBP hall, U.S. citizens may be processed in the left lanes. All other foreign nationals may be processed in the right lanes. Restrooms are located to the right side of the CBP hall.

Upon clearance of CBP, customers must proceed to the lower level to the Guam Customs Hall by using either an escalator or elevator. Baggage may be picked up on the designated carousel as indicated on the Baggage Information Display boards. A customs form is required to be completed with one form per family, and must be turned in at the exit door after inspection.

If you need assistance, Continental Airlines agents are available in the Customs Hall or in the Baggage Service Office at the left of the Arrivals Lobby.

International Transit Customers

Customers arriving from foreign ports must proceed to the United States Customs and Border Protection Hall located across from gate 9. Upon entering the CBP hall, U.S. citizens may be processed in the left lanes and other foreign nationals may be processed in the right lanes.

Upon clearance of CBP inspection, customers must proceed to the left desk by following the transit signs. Upon verification of the boarding pass by an airline representative for the continuing flight, the customer will be directed through a hallway to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint.

United States Arrivals

Customers arriving directly from Honolulu will arrive at gates 8 or 9 and may proceed directly to the Guam Customs Hall. As a U.S. territory, Guam has U.S. Immigrations, which means that customers who are arriving on flights from the U.S. are not required to go through the immigration entry process. Guam Customs is not under U.S. jurisdiction and therefore, Guam Customs forms and inspection are required. Customs forms are distributed during the flight and must be surrendered at the exit door of Customs after inspection.

Customers transiting to other international flights will be directed to the international concourse. An agent will be available to assist with gate information, and Flight Information Display boards are available throughout the terminal.

United States and International Departures

Customers may check in on the departure level at the convenient e-Service kiosks. There is a separate line designated for Elite Access, and another designated for online bag drop for customers who checked in on continental.com. After check in, customers may proceed to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint located on the concourse level with their Boarding Pass. Photo identification must be presented with the Boarding Pass, and there is a separate Gold Lane, which is exclusively for our Elite Access customers at the checkpoint.
