Delayed baggage should be reported to the airport Baggage Service Office immediately after the arrival of your flight, but must be reported to Continental Airlines in writing no later than 4 hours after discovery of the delay. Claims for loss of baggage must be made within 45 days of travel. For information regarding your delayed baggage, contact the Continental Airlines Baggage Resolution Center.
