Terms and Conditions

2. Presidents Club Membership: All Presidents Club terms and conditions apply. The Presidents Club membership card will be sent separately by Continental to the Primary Cardmember on the Continental Airlines Presidential Plus Card account 4 to 6 weeks after you are approved for the card. Presidents Club membership will be renewed automatically each cardmember year, provided that the credit card account is open and in good standing. Upon cancellation of the credit card account, the Presidents Club membership will be cancelled. If you are a Presidents Club member, you are eligible to receive a refund for any unused portion of your current Presidents Club membership as long as the refund is greater than $15. Your refund will be based on the number of days remaining on your Presidents Club membership. Refund checks will be automatically mailed in 6 to 8 weeks. Lifetime Presidents Club members are excluded from a reimbursement. As a Presidents Club member, you may entertain two friends or business associates, or your immediate family (spouse and children under 21 years of age), any time you visit a Presidents Club. If your Presidents Club membership includes a spouse card, your spouse will need to re-enroll in Presidents Club.
3. EliteAccess: All EliteAccess terms and conditions apply. Benefits apply to the Primary Cardmember on the Continental Airlines Presidential Plus Card account and anyone traveling on the same reservation. Benefits are available as long as the credit card account is open and not in default. Upon cancellation of the credit card account, all benefits will be cancelled. Benefits include: priority check-in, priority airport screening (where available), priority boarding privileges, and priority baggage when traveling on Continental-operated and -marketed flights.

5. MILEAGE SUMMARY: Mileage earnings and redemption are subject to the OnePass terms and conditions set forth in the OnePass Frequent Flyer section of continental.com. You will earn 1 OnePass mile for each $1 of net purchases. You will earn 1 additional OnePass mile for each $1 of net purchases of tickets purchased directly from Continental Airlines and continental.com. You will also earn 1 additional OnePass mile for each $1 of net purchases made at retail establishments that classify their merchant locations for MasterCard as Car Rentals and Hotels. We do not determine whether merchants correctly identify and bill transactions as being made at Car Rentals and Hotels. However, we do reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for the 1 additional OnePass mile. You will also earn 2,000 Flexible Elite Qualification Miles (Flex EQM) for each $15,000 of eligible net purchases. The net purchases balances used to determine the number of Flex EQMs earned will be reset to $0 Annually. ("Annually" means the year beginning with your enrollment date through the first statement after the anniversary of your enrollment date, and each twelve months thereafter.) All Flex EQMs terms and conditions apply. Flex EQMs are not valid for reward travel or rewards. Flex EQMs can only be used toward attaining levels that are explained and defined in the Elite Qualification Requirements section of continental.com. Flex EQMs earned on the Continental Airlines Presidential PlusSM Card account do not expire, and must be actively redeemed at continental.com or by contacting the OnePass Service Center. You do not earn miles on balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. Maximum Flex EQM accumulation on net purchases is 28,000 Flex EQMs Annually. There is no maximum number of OnePass miles that you can accumulate in the Continental Airlines Credit Card program. Miles will be awarded only to accounts that are open and not in default on the statement closing date. All accumulated miles will be transferred to your OnePass account. Travel is subject to governmental fees and charges, which must be paid at the time tickets are requested. Redemption of miles for travel and all other benefits of OnePass membership are solely the responsibility of Continental Airlines. All OnePass terms and conditions apply.
6. Hyatt Benefit: Subject to the Program Terms and Conditions of Hyatt Gold Passport found at goldpassport.com. Please allow 6-8 weeks for membership processing. Chase Bank USA, N.A. and its affiliates are not affiliated with Hyatt and are not responsible for offer fulfillment.
7. No pre-set spending limit does not mean unlimited spending. Each charge that causes your balance to exceed your revolving credit access line will be evaluated based on your account spending and payment history and your experience with other creditors. Your minimum payment calculation each month will include any amount over your revolving credit access line. Please see your Cardmember Agreement for complete details. We reserve the right to decline an authorization request for any transaction at any time for any reason. We also may request additional information from you at any time to evaluate a transaction request or your use of the Account generally.
8. Additional 25% Elite Mileage Bonus: The additional Elite mileage bonuses for Presidential Plus cardmembers are for flights operated by Continental, Continental Express, Continental Connection and Continental Micronesia only. Presidential Plus Elite mileage bonuses are deposited automatically in the Elite member's account along with the actual flight mileage earned. Elite bonus miles are applied toward the Elite member's total OnePass account mileage balance only and are not valid toward Elite status qualification. Elite Mileage Bonus is being offered solely by Continental, and will not appear on your Continental Airlines credit card billing statement.
9. Twice the Miles at ShopOnePass Earn Twice the Miles on all ShopOnePass^TM purchases. Go tocontinental.com/shoponepass for complete list of merchants. OnePass miles are subject to the terms and conditions of the OnePass program. OnePass miles awarded on price of items sold excluding applicable taxes and shipping charges. OnePass miles will not be credited for cancelled orders or items returned to merchant. OnePass miles will not be credited when using Google Checkout. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from date product is shipped for OnePass miles to be posted to your OnePass account. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other merchant offers or promotions unless specifically permitted by merchant. ShopOnePass reserves the right to change merchants without notice. Mileage offer is only valid for purchases made through continental.com and is not valid towards purchases on the regular merchant sites unless you submit your OnePass number to the merchant through continental.com. In order to receive mileage credit for your online purchases with this partner you must use a Web browser set up to accept cookies. If your Web browser is set up to block cookies, you will not be credited with miles. View your Web browser�s help system for information on accepting cookies. 11. Additional Cardmember Benefits Only the primary cardmember is eligible to receive the benefits of the credit card. The additional cardmember will not receive a Presidents Club membership and will not receive EliteAccess priority services. The additional cardmember�s purchase charges will count towards miles deposited in the primary cardmember�s OnePass account and towards the $15,000 in purchases to qualify for 2,000 Flex EQMs.
