Enrollment:
Member must contact their OnePass Service Center or visit their local Continental Ticket Office to pay the $99 enrollment fee and register their OnePass account by 2010 January 31. Once the enrollment fee has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
50% Mileage Earnings:
Earnings will be valid on all paid travel from 2010 Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, unless member reaches the 15,000 mile maximum before that date. Based on actual flight miles posted to account and does not include fare class or elite bonuses.
