      The Group Finance Graduate Program (GFGP) provides a fast track into Continental’s finance organization. During the two-year program, you will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of challenging global and local tasks as well as projects in different finance functions and locations. 

      During each of the national and international assignments, you will be able to improve both your financial knowledge and your soft skills by choosing assignments that fit you the best. These may include positions on group, business, or plant level, enabling you to broaden your experiences and perspectives. In addition, you will be able to join several trainings and team building activities to support your personal development and to get closer to other program participants.

      As a member of Continental’s Group Finance Graduate Program, you will be employed full-time and with a permanent contract. After the program, you will continue your career in one of Continental’s finance departments, with the specific position depending on your individual strengths. The knowledge and network you have built up during the cross-sector, cross-business, and international rotations are the perfect start to further develop your career within Continental.

      • First practical experience through relevant internships.
      • International experience through studies or internships abroad (optional).
