      Employee Resource Groups

      ASIAN AMERICAN & PACIFIC ISLANDER (AAPI)

      The AAPI ERG’s mission is to create and foster positive and relevant exchange for Continental professionals in support of the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. Our AAPI ERG is a positive space to optimize awareness of Asian culture, values, and history so that everyone can have a better understanding of each culture and individual instead of grouping all Asians to one stereotype.

      BLACK & AFRICAN AMERICAN NETWORK (BAAN)

      Our BAAN ERG supports Continental’s efforts in attracting, retaining, and advancing Black & African American talent by increasing cultural awareness. BAAN advances a diverse and inclusive work environment, focusing on current and future African-American employees, helping African-American employees achieve their fullest professional development and participating in internal and external activities to attract, retain, empower and inspire African-American employees.

      CONTINENTAL WOMEN’S NETWORK

      The Continental Women’s Network (CWN) ERG inspires, empowers, and supports our female colleagues in achieving their goals while raising awareness for others to become stronger allies. The ERG is a group of women promoting female career development and equal opportunities in the workplace.

      CONTINENTAL’S YOUNG PROFESSIONALS (CYP)

      The Continental Young Professional (CYP) network has a mission to provide career development, civic engagement, and networking opportunities to anyone who seeks them. Their training opportunities focus on building essential skills and attributes to help individuals excel in their career journey. In addition to learning, the CYP is dedicated to creating a friendly, supportive work culture for employees to thrive and have fun!  

      HOLA (HISPANIC ORIGIN & LATIN AMERICAN)

      HOLA is a vibrant, fully engaged Latin community positively contributing to the success of Continental North America. HOLA fosters group networking, mentoring and shared experiences while promoting a fun, dynamic and positive working environment. Additionally, HOLA provides tools and support to help overcome challenges and help voices be heard. The team also provides cross-functional teamwork while bringing together employees at different levels, across departments and locations.

      VETERANS NETWORK

      Continental has welcomed aboard its newest employee resource group, this one established for military veterans, their advocates and allies. The mission of the Veterans ERG is to embrace our proud community of employee veterans who support and encourage each other through shared experiences, veteran recruitment, career development, community involvement, and retention.
