      Group Finance Graduate Program

      The group finance graduate program provides a fast track into Continental’s finance organization. During the two-year program you will have the possibility to explore a wide variety of challenging global as well as local tasks and projects in different finance functions and locations. 

      During each of the four either national or international six-month assignments, you can enhance your finance knowledge and soft skill competencies by choosing a rotation which fits best to you. These assignments can be on group, business or plant level enabling you to broaden your experiences and perspectives at the end of this program. In addition, you will join several trainings and team building activities to support your personal development as well as to get closer to your own graduate team and other program members.

      As a participant of the Continental group finance graduate program, you will be employed full-time with a permanent contract. After the two-year program, you will continue your career at the final placement you choose. This position varies depending on the business needs and your individual strengths. The knowledge and network developed during the cross-sector, cross-business as well as international rotations are the perfect start to build your professional career further within our organization.

      What we expect you to bring:

      • Excellent master or MBA degree in finance and controlling, economics or similar
      • First practical experience through relevant internships
      • International experience through studies or internships abroad
      • Excellent English language skills written and spoken
      • Proven planning and organizing skills
      • Eagerness to develop and take the initiative
      • Passion to work in a multicultural environment
      • Flexibility to adapt to different working environments
      • Basic experience with digitalization and/or process automatization preferred
      • Good communication competences, assertiveness and empathy
