The trainee program of ContiTech’s Surface Solutions business unit offers unique, global professional experience, combined with individual support from mentors and experts. This opportunity is the ideal preparation for a successful career at Surface Solutions.
With its Soft Trim technologies, Surface Solutions is able to meet almost all the needs of automotive manufacturers and customers. We manufacture surface materials for automotive and home interiors, coated fabrics, and technical products with uniform processes and high quality standards at all our locations worldwide. We attach great importance to offering our customers the highest level of service and support.
Over the course of the two-and-a-half-year program, you will get to know the Surface Solutions product portfolio as well as the unit’s processes and structures. As part of multiple modules, you will work on several international assignments in up to three different continents, allowing you to gain valuable multicultural experience and participate in interesting and challenging projects. During the program, you will work in different departments and on projects in close collaboration with the local CEO of the Surface Solutions Group. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and skills in two global, independent projects promoted by the Surface Solutions senior management team.
Your permanent contract will give you excellent career prospects after successful completion of the program, e.g., as a logistics manager, R & D manager, or a manager in another technical or commercial department at Surface Solutions.
- An above-average university degree
- Initial industry experience through internships or theses
- Passion for the automotive industry, technology-oriented and highly self-motivated
- Excellent command of English for international communication and a willingness to learn German
