Regensburg, February 22, 2016. The Continental site in Regensburg literally doubled its commitment for a good cause through donations collected at their 2015 end of year party: While the nonprofit organization Mukoviszidose e.V. association was glad about the donation from the Continental employees for the ninth time, the Deutsche Kinderkrebsnachsorge association was also supported financially this time.
For 25 years the foundation Deutsche Kinderkrebsnachsorge has been advocating for children, teenager and youths who are suffering from a heart condition, cancer and mukoviszidose. With the donations of the Continental employees the foundation wants to retain the rehabilitation clinic Tannheim with its concept of family-orientated rehabilitation. For 50 years the Mukoviszidose e.V. has been helping almost 8.000 affected people in Germany.
Dr. Ralf Schnupp is delighted with the willingness of the employees to donate money. The employees set an example for social responsibility with their support of such associations.
