Within a project co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Human Capital Operational Program 2014-2020 and carried out over a period of 12 months in the automotive headquarters from Iasi, Sibiu and Timisoara, a number of approximately 700 employees in management positions.will be able to participate in training sessions. The aim of the project is to support the development of management skills in areas such as leadership, communication in virtual teams, strategic thinking, change and risk management.
The course offer is very generous: 77 courses for managers held in 199 sessions on topics such as: coaching, advanced leadership development program, emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, AGILE leadership, entrepreneurial skills, improving organizational culture and strategic decision-making skills, HR management – to name just a few of them. The courses will take place mainly online and the participants will receive nationally recognized professional certifications.
