      Read or Write About Experiences With Continental

      Continuous dialog with our employees is a core element of our feedback culture, especially in Human Relations. Regular surveys such as OUR BASICS Live are an important part of this dialog. Current and former employees as well as applicants can also rate us as an employer on review portals, the biggest of which is Glassdoor.

      How are employees at Continental doing? Do they have room to work and grow? Do they have the right tools and equipment to do their jobs well? Are they happy with Continental as an employer? How is collaboration with other departments working? Can employees identify with our values of Trust, Passion To Win, Freedom To Act, and For One Another, and do they act on these values every day? These are things we have to know in order to understand our employees and to continuously improve, plus they let us know where we are on the right track.
