      Find a job that fits: it’s easy at Continental. Visit our Job Portal and browse through our job postings. If you have found a job among the vacancies that matches your interests and qualifications, simply send us your application documents online. Here, you can find out which steps the application process entails.

      Your Application

      On the Continental online jobportal, we will guide you through the application process step by step and allow you to upload your application documents directly. The selection criteria and requirements are based on the position in question. Generally speaking, the overall profile of the applicant is decisive for us, i.e., professional experience is just as important to us as the character of a person. Identification with our four values is also important to us.

      In order for our recruiters to be able to get a comprehensive picture of you, please upload a well-structured résumé with the most important stages of your career, relevant employment references and final certificates, proof of further training, work samples, if applicable, and optionally also a cover letter.       The Online Assessment

      In order to complete your application, you will usually be invited to take our online assessment. Here, a standardized and fair check is carried out to determine how well you fit to Continental and the advertised position. Numerical comprehension, cognitive/logical thinking, and personal attitudes are tested in a two- or three-stage assessment.       The Telephone Interview

      If your application documents and the results of the online assessment have made a positive impression, we will invite you to a telephone interview. This will give you the opportunity to tell us more about yourself and your career. You can also ask the recruiter some initial questions about the job or the company.

      The Interview

      In the ultimate step of the application process, you will be invited to a job interview. In this interview, you will get to know representatives of the specialized department and the local HR department. Here, too, the focus is on your experience and skills that qualify you for the position. You can prepare by bringing examples of your qualifications and specific situations from your day-to-day work with you. In this step, you can also discuss technical and content-related issues with your potential colleagues. As several applicants are usually invited to face-to-face interviews, we ask for your understanding that this phase can sometimes take a few weeks.
